Your First Appointment
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your consultation to fill out our intake form. We will take your photo for clinical assessment purposes, viewable only by our doctors and clinical staff.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive for your appointment on time to respect all of our clients. Late arrivals may lose their appointment.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.

When turning off the highway, take the first driveway into Valleyview Centre. Look up, and you’ll see our sign. It looks like the 2nd floor, but around the back, it’s street level. There are three city buses that stop right outside our door, and the Cowichan/Victoria Commuter also stops in at the park ‘n’ ride across the parking lot from our office. You will also find lots of other amenities nearby such as eye care, pharmacy, medical, physio and chiropractic services.
